The estate:

The “Domaine des Communes” is located at the core of the Beaujolais, at a crossroads between three villages: Belleville,Saint Lager and Charentay. This estate is owned by the the Dupond family, one of the oldest families in Beaujolais.

Their vines grow in a soil that is both made up of clay and limestone, it allows, therefore, producing light and very fruity wines. It matches perfectly the needs of consumers nowadays.

The domain is using mixed farming which enables the winegrowers to maintain an interesting biodiversity for both terroir and wine.

Tasting:

Very fresh wine with powerful red berries aromas and fruit drop.


Suggestions:

Drink it slightly chilled for the aperitif and with cooked meat or any type of picnic food.


Ageing:

Drink it young within 2 years.
