The estate:

The Domaine Romy is a property of 60 acres in the area  of the “Pierres Dorées” in the south of Beaujolais.

Dominique and his son Nicolas Romy are unique wine makers. They cultivate their vines in a natural manner, according to the Terra Vitis requirements, the objectives being to maintain the biological balance of the soil.

They grow vines in an old-fashioned manner, grow grass between the vines and systematically practice “Green Harvest” to lower the yields and to increase the quality of the grapes.
