Grape Variety Gamay noir 
Soil The vines with southern exposure are planted on a poor well-drained sandy soil, on a pink-coloured granite bedrock.
Wine making process Hand-harvest, transport of the grapes in smalll trays to avoid crushing. After selection on a sorting table the grapes are vatted trough a conveyor belt. Tradition Beaujolais winemaking (semi-carbonic maceration) with a 16 days extraction period. Then pressing and ageig on the lees on tank.
 
Tasting
The first impression is supple and crisp. Only afterwards the wine reveals its structure, with lots of fruit end grip. The tannins are perfectly ripe and well-sustained by a mineral liveness.
Suggestions
It match perfectly well with white meats, poultry and grilled tuna.
Ageing
Drink it young, but it will be harmoniously age up to 5 years.
