Pneumatic pressing and settling of the juice on fine lees. Wine making done in stainless steel tanks, bottled at the beginning of march.

Tasting
|
Slightly gold coloured. Fresh fruit delicate aromas (fig, pear, grapefruit) as well as white flowers. Very elegant and complex. It is a fresh wine, aromatic and crisp, very typical from the south of Burgundy.

Serve it between 12° C, with "hors d’oeuvre", fish and goat cheese. |

Drink it young.
