Wine making process Pneumatic pressing and settling of the juice on fine lees. Wine making done in stainless steel tanks, bottled at the beginning of march.

Tasting
Slightly gold coloured. Fresh fruit delicate aromas (fig, pear, grapefruit) as well as white flowers. Very elegant and complex.  It is a fresh wine, aromatic and crisp, very typical from the south of Burgundy.

Suggestions
Serve it between 12° C, with "hors d’oeuvre", fish and goat cheese.
Ageing
Drink it young.
