As opposed to other Beaujolais Villages from the south, this Beaujolais-Villages coming up north offers a mineral wine, structured and floral. |

Suggestions
|
Serve it between 12 and 13° C with white meats, goat cheese and cooked meats.

Ageing
|
Drink it young to appreciate the fruit. Some vintages can allow a longer ageing (2 to 3 years).
