This Julienas is a vigorous wine with a purple-blue and ruby colour and black and red berries aromas. It is spicy in the finish, like cinnamon.

Suggestions
|
After a few years of ageing, drink it between 15°and 18°C. Serve it with coq au vin, game and cheese. |
Ageing
|
Delicious after having been bottled, it expresses the youth of its fruits. Can age during 3 or 4 years in a good cellar. |
