| Wine making process |
The grapes are dense and composed of small berries that bring a high skin/juice ratio. This allows a good extraction of the colour, the tannins and the aromas. The maceration process lasts 15 days, with pumping over. The wine matures partially in wooden oak casks and partially in wooden barrels to soften the tannins.

Tasting
Complex nose of iris, whitered rose and black fruit, changing while ageing to give autumn leaves, mushrooms, cocoa and spice aromas. It is a strong wine, powerful and elegant. |

Suggestions
Serve it at 14°C with red meats, all type of game and strong cheese.
Ageing
Can be kept until 10 years for good vintages. Open it an hour before tasting and decant it if possible to enhance the aromas.
