Colour Red
Grape Variety Gamay noir with white juice
Soil Andesite (a volcano blue and black stone): The oldest vineyard in Beaujolais, dating from the Roman period, located in a ancient volcano.
Wine making process Semi carbonic maceration, typical Beaujolais wine making process. Fermentation period:7 to 8 days. Bottled in April.


 

Tasting
Crimson colour with ruby hues. Black fruit aromas like black currant, with a strong taste of the terroir, peppered and rich. Good presence and persistence in the mouth.

Suggestions
Serve it at 13°C with cooked meat, rabbit stew, poultry and meat with sauce.
Ageing
Drink it ideally within 2 to 5 years.
