Tasting

Crimson colour with ruby hues. Black fruit aromas like black currant, with a strong taste of the terroir, peppered and rich. Good presence and persistence in the mouth.

Serve it at 13°C with cooked meat, rabbit stew, poultry and meat with sauce.
