Manual harvesting. Typical Beaujolais Wine making process. The vineyard is using mixed farming which is important because it allows maintaining an interesting biodiversity for both terroir and wine. There is a constant endeavour to sort out the grapes during the harvest.

This wine is really fresh with a beautiful ruby colour. The aromas are powerful with a strong flavour of fruity red berries and drop. Easy and pleasant to drink.
