| Wine making process |
Typical Beaujolais wine making process (semi carbonic maceration). Part of the ripening process is done on wooden oaks vats. The wine is bottled early, at the beginning of spring. The Château offers also a great primeur wine.

Tasting
|
Ruby colour, this wine combines intense fruity red-berries and blackcurrant aromas and a depth and elegance that are generally more expected from a great cru du Beaujolais.
