Tasting
Ruby colour, this wine combines intense fruity red-berries and blackcurrant aromas and a depth and elegance that are generally more expected from a great cru du Beaujolais.

Suggestions
Serve it chilled (12-15°C) with hot starters like "vol-au-vent", game with cream or grilled fishes.
Ageing
Drink it within 3 years.
