Soil Very porous. Sandy with pink granite that give character to this wine.
Wine making process Modern equipement with stainless steel tanks with temperature control.The fermenting  period is quite short (6 to 8 days).


 

Tasting

The estate produces a wine with a bright ruby colour and a fresh nose, with delicate fruit aromas, like red berries. It is a crunchy wine.




Suggestions
Serve it quite chilled (12-13°C) with cooked meats and red meats.
Ageing
Drink it within 3 years.
