Gamay noir. All vines are older than 40 years.

Decomposed pink granite with a mix of sand and pebbles. The soil is poor with clay, so it is very filtering.

Dark crimson colour. Expressive nose with violet, iris, fruity red-berries and blackcurrant aromas. A lot of substance and length. Very delicate.

Suggestions
Serve it chilled at 13°C with roast meats and terrines.
Ageing
Very charming during its first summer, it evolves favorably during 2 to 3 years. |
