Pneumatic pressing and settling of the juice on fine lees. Fermentation and maturing are made half in stainless steel tanks, half in french oak barrels, before blending. |
Tasting

Powerful and subtle nose of white flowers that melt with ripe fruits, toasted bread and spicy notes, like cinnamon. Drink it between 2 and 5 years. Perfect complexity after 3 years.

Serve it between 11-13°C. This wine will perfectly match fish, shellfish or white meats. Do not hesitate to open it 1 hour before serving. |
Ageing
|
Like a "grand Bourgogne", you can age it up to 10 years. |
