“What stood out for us today was just how good the wines were…. We were simply blown away by so many that were well made. There were also one or two “natural” wines in there as well, and we must say, these did really grab our attention.”

60 year old vines, Lieu-dit “La Sibérie”,hand harvest, whole bunch, wild yeast, pump-overs, aged on lees for 7 to 8 months, unfined/filtered, no added SO2.
Lifted meaty fruit with an underlying floral nature and hints of spice, all held together nicely by fine tannins.
