Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru Au Vignerais 2020 – 90/100
The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé Au Vignerais 1er Cru has an attractive nose with candle wax and honeysuckle scents infusing the bright citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced with green apple, orange pith and light peachy notes. There’s good depth, and the oak is neatly integrated with a harmonious, if not terribly complex finish. But it should give a decade’s worth of drinking pleasure.
