Terroirs & Talents star show in GUIDE HACHETTE DES VINS 2024

BEAUJOLAIS LES PIERRES DORÉES DNE ROMY 2022 – 2 ÉTOILES
A Beaujolais made following Burgundian methods with a vatting of 20 days. This cuvée, with a good structure and length recalls flavours of cherry, pepper, blackberry and cassis. The whole is really well-balanced. A bright future promised for this wine.

MOULIN-A-VENT CH DE LA TERRIERE CUVÉE DE LA LURE 2020 – 1 ÉTOILE
After destemming, this wine has gone under a long maceration. An ageing in oak completes this Burgundian winemaking approach. Fruity, floral and spicy at the same time, its aromas deliver a beautiful complexity. Its texture is ample and offers a great promise for the one able to wait for a few years.

BROUILLY CÔTE DE NERVERS TEMPÊTE DIVINE 2022 – 2 ÉTOILES
With a beautiful dense and deep red colour, this cuvée delivers a complex nose of red fruits and flowers. The palate is ample, opulent, strongly structured and underlined in the final by a pleasant freshness. A Brouilly that still has some under his tannins.

BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR CH DE LA TERRIERE 2020 – 1 ÉTOILE
A Pinot aged on its lees in traditional and large oak barrels. A smoky touch spices up the charming and blossomed fragrances of fresh red and black fruits. Consistent with a supple attack, the palate is firmer and structured in its development. A beautiful tannic base that is not hiding the fruit and that will soften quickly in the cellar.

BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY CLOS DE LA CHAPELLE DNE ROMY 2021 – 1 ÉTOILE
Green apple, grapefruit, lemon zest, smoky touch, pop-corn… here comes an inspiring nose. As comes the palate, slightly creamy, with energy, brightness and fruit liveliness, and this energizing and mineral final. Perfect on a sardine spread.

POUILLY-FUISSE LES VILLAGES 2021 – 1 ÉTOILE
A full-blown and harmonious white with an elegant nose, floral, fruity and mineral at the same time and fresh on the palate without missing any roundness nor length.

SAINT-VERAN CHÊNES 2021 – 1 ÉTOILE
Coming from purchased grapes, this wine seduced the jury with its lemon colour and its grapefruits and gunflint fragrances. The palate has volume and roundness and is well-balanced by an acidulated frame. Stretching on the final on a slightly bitter flavour adding to its dynamism.

POUILLY-FUISSE 1ER CRU BIO HERITIERS AUVIGUE 2020 – 2 ÉTOILES
45 years old Chardonnay, farmed organically, gave birth to this pretty 1er Cru which releases delicate floral fragrances before growing in power with intense notes of ripe fruits, coffee and grilled toast. In line with the nose, the palate has a tonic attack with a firm structure associated with a fine mineral tension. A beautiful wine worth ageing, perfect to pair with scallops cooked in cream.
