3 STARS & 1 “COUP DE COEUR” for this wine displaying aromas of candied dark berries revealing a perfect maturity of grapes in this generous 2015 vintage.
A generosity which is to be found in the mouth, filling, dense and silky, perfectly balanced with tanins which have been softened thanks to 15 to 20 days submerged cap fermentation, maintaining the grapes in the juice, allowing a gentle extraction.
